Screen time.

My childs screen time requests no longer reach my phone as they now try to send via message. The message fails to send. This has just started happening. is there a solution to revert back to how I used to be notified?

Are all the devices updated to the latest version? Here's how you can check:


1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.

Do you receive an actual message that the message was failed to send?
