How do I use both iCloud and Apple one storage

Does anyone know how to use both ICloud storage and Apple one? My iCloud 2TB is full and I signed up for Apple one to get 2 TB of storage - can I use both?

Yes. You'll need to subscribe to iCloud+ again.
