Iphone 14 Pro Max esim failure

We bought 25 new iphone 14's. We 3 that transferred and were working fine from 12 to 72 hours, and then the sim failure alert came up and the phones will not work. Our carrier is Verizon, and they have no idea how to correct this issue. It's been 10 days and we cannot use the new devises.

They have said for the past 10 days that they would reset the esim and the issue would be fixed. They never call us back, and every time we reach out again they state the previous ticket was closed. They have also had us reset the phone, wipe the phone, erase esim's, turn the phone on and off a hundred times. Most consistently we get they are transferring the number and have to wait for 24 hours.
