My daughter is trying to put an app on phone, it says ask parent permission and no request is sent to me?

where are the requests being sent?

All of a sudden my ask permission is not coming to my phone when my child want to download something When my child ask for permission to download or buy something it’s not coming to my phone anymore at one point it was coming until yesterday what do I do?
