Shortcuts not always working on HomePod

I have shortcuts to open and close my shutters. These shortcuts work on iPhone and Apple Watch all the time.

on HomePod sometimes it works and sometimes it says “iphone is not on the same network”. I can’t understand that because the phone is always in the same wifi when I ask Siri to execute the shortcut.

homepod is ios 16.2 and iPhone is also iOS 16.

these problems started a few month ago. 2 years before that I had never any kind of problems.

i reseted the HomePod and router but I still have a lot of problems with the HomePod execute shortcuts.
