Sale value of mid 2010 iMac

Hi,

I have a mid 2010 i7 27 inch iMac, 1TB HDD (which was replaced a number of years ago), and to which I added a 1 TB SSD. The Superdrive has been replaced not that long ago, and hasn't been used since, so it should be in perfect working order. It has 32GB memory.

What is a reasonable selling price for this machine?

Thanks.

I think well below $100. OWC is offering 2013 iMacs for $109 and that's a three-year newer model. I think the parts (1 TB HDD + 1 TB SSD + Superdrive) might sell (separately, in total) for more than $100, actually, even though they are used. Also, the cost of shipping such a large Mac would be prohibitive ($50+) so you would need to sell it locally.

I suggest either removing the parts and selling those or simply keeping it working as long as you can for fun as a working antique. I don't think there is much if any demand for someone to buy such an old computer. I see several offered on eBay ranging from $39 to several hundred $.
