How can I prevent tickets from disappearing from my wallet? I have iPhone 13pro. Up to date 16.2 software. I have reloaded Wallet and restarted phone multiple times. I have view expired passes on. I have cleared wallet of all expired passes. My cards, Apple Pay and Apple Cash are operating as designed. Only downloaded tickets are affected. Occurs with all vendor downloads. Thanks for any ideas. Jim.

Adding Boarding Passes, Bookmyshow Tickets, IRCTC (Railway) tickets, Airline Tickets, Game Tickets and Hotel Bookings are only possible if the issuer has enabled the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature for the tickets/passes issued by them. See some examples below.
The card issuer must enable the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature.

Good explanation, but unfortunately unhelpful. The vendors have apps supported by Apple wallet. I have used the downloading process successfully up until the last few months. Thanks anyway and I appreciate your response. Jim
