Hello Bduudles,

We'd like to provide you with a few steps that may help get Wallet working as expected on your iPhone 14 Pro:

Restart your iPhone. This may seem like a simple step but can often resolve several issues:

"1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Update your iPhone. Completing this step ensures that your iPhone has all the latest fixes and can correct software related issues. Be sure to secure your data with a backup before proceeding.

If you continue to experience the same behavior with the Wallet app, we suggest reaching out to Apple directly. You can follow this link to connect with them: Get Support

Take care!

bduudles,

From what you described in your original post, it sounds like you're trying to view expired passes in Wallet on your iPhone. Is that correct? If so, we recommend you check out the steps in the link below.

Manage your passes in Wallet on iPhone - Apple Support

Next, we'd like to show you how to perform the recommended steps via the link above. Please click to open the link, then read through the steps in the section titled "Archive or remove passes."

*Automatically archive old passes: Go to Settings  > Wallet & Apple Pay, then turn on Hide Expired Passes.

To show an expired pass, scroll to the bottom of the Wallet stack, tap View Expired Passes, choose the pass, then tap Unhide.

*Delete a pass: In Wallet, tap the pass, tap the More button, tap Pass Details, then tap Remove Pass.

The reason why we are recommending the steps above is because they will show you how to manage your passes in Wallet on your iPhone.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

Cheers!

I am not trying to see expired passes. I added 3 tickets from the Ticketmaster app to my wallet. I checked and they were there. he next day as I was leaving for the event, I again checked to be sure the passes were in my wallet and they were gone. There is no link at the bottom to view expired passes and yes, hide expired passes is on. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro with software 16.1.2
