Unable to watch Prime video using Safari v16.2 on M1 (Ventura 13.1)

How to fix the Safari version 16.2 video playing problem? I am unable to watch any prime video and many other online streaming services like Tubi, Netflix etc using Safari web browser on MacBook Pro M1 under Ventura 13.1. I can only hear the sound track but no video at all. I tried to delete the cache of Safari and turn on javascript that I follow from some YouTube video. I even click on "Activity Monitor" and search for safari and take some samples and refresh safari. However, I still have no luck. I wonder how to fix that?

If you're having trouble with websites not working as expected in Safari, first you'd want to try the various steps in here to see if they improve things: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected

Today I had no video working whether it was youtube or kajabi on chrome. I'm running Ventura 13.1. Last week the sound didn't work on any program. The problem was fixed after an OS update. MacOS sure is falling apart.
