Hide my email not being forwarded

I am not receiving any emails that are using hide my email, even though the settings within Hide My Email are enabled to forward to my primary apple ID email. How long does it normally take for those to be forwarded? If it is not working, how can I fix... keeping in mind that I have already verified that forwarding is enabled in the iCloud, Hide My Email settings.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! There shouldn't be an abnormal delay in receiving your emails. Keep in mind, only the defined email addresses from the site/app you used Hide My Email with can message you through that address.


If you're not receiving emails sent to the email address from the site/app used with Hide My Email, contact Apple Support to look into this further.
