Hide My Email does not forward emails to my appleID (or any other email in my Apple Account)

Hi, after reading pretty all questions and answers on this topic here and on reddit, after disabling-enabling forwarding, after scanning the spam folder, after modifying the forward to address... most of my private "Hide My Email" still don't be forwarded.

I'm waiting for invoices, support information from the Developper and he/she has errors even if the Hide My Email is active (I can log in the app for example).


The only issue I see is the developer did not whitelist all the domain names they use, then Apple block the forwards. But this issue happens on (at least) 3 of my account using Hide My Emails.


Do anybody have an idea ?

Have you sent test messages to the addresses in question to see if they are forwarding to your Apple ID as expected? If so, the ones you're waiting on may be getting flagged as spam. Per What is Hide My Email?:


"Apple doesn't read or process any of the content in the email messages that pass through Hide My Email, except to perform standard spam filtering that's required to maintain our status as a trusted email provider. All email messages are deleted from our relay servers after they're delivered to you, usually within seconds."


If the messages being sent are flagged as spam they may not deliver to you and would be deleted by the relay servers.


If this continues, use Apple Support to work with Apple directly to investigate further.
