Hi yesterday out of the blue my notifications are in huge letters were I have to scroll down the screen just to read one word. I’ve tried font size smaller but it only changes everything else small notifications stay huge how to I get it back to a single screen size to read

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Just to confirm, you've customized your text size under Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Smaller Text, but that was unable to alert the size of the text for notifications, is that correct?
If so, also check the Display Zoom settings under Settings > Display & Brightness. If the View is set to "Larger Text" or "Zoomed" try changing it to "Default" or "Standard" and see if that resolves the issue. Magnify the iPhone screen with Display Zoom - Apple Support
