my camera on imac ventura stopped working

I updated to ventura 13.1 and my camera stopped working.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.14

I have the same problem with my MacBook Air M1. After the upgrade to Ventura 13.1, the macbook does not see the camera integrated with any App. Neither Facetime, nor Photo Boot, etc. If I go to "Privacy and Security" under "Camera" there aren't even the eligible apps to tick. I also tried to review the Screen Time settings but there are no errors. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
