Since the latest update of Ventura (13.2.1) the MacBook camera will not work.
I have tried safety mode, restoring system software, permissions, screen time. Nothing works.
It's as if the camera was not installed.

If the hardware is not recognized it points to a hardware issue...
Has to be recognized by the system information
>(Option key) System Info>Hardware>Camera
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
