Eufy security camera with Apple TV 4K hub - no live video stream outside home!

Hello! I have a strange problem. My Eufy security cameras won't play live stream with AppleHome Kit app when I'm outside my home network, via cellular internet! I CAN receive notifications for events, I CAN play recordings, the only thing I CAN'T is to view life feed from cameras. It shows me there is no connection. I use my Apple TV 4K for homekit hub, it's fully updated and setup not to sleep. The Eufy app is working great, the problem is just via Home app. Live thumbnail previews are working fin! It shows me the Realtime preview of the rooms, but when I tap to view the life stream, it starts spinning and gives me the no connection error!

The Apple TV and both cameras are set up to be able to control them remotely - from the Home app settings. I tried to open all ports from my internet router to the ip address of Apple TV /DMZ/, just for the test. No luck again!
