Apple TV home kit issue with Ethernet

I have a wired Logi circle camera that I can view on my Apple TV (latest version) while I am on WI-FI, as soon as I plug in an ether connection, the feed stops. Once I unplug it and get back on WI-Fi it returns. The ethernet connection works, I can steam tv, adjust my hue lights, etc while plugged in. How can I fix this? Thanks!

My Eufy security cameras won't play live stream with AppleHome Kit app when I'm outside my home network, via cellular internet! Apple TV could not load video Every time I try to see Bad Monkey on my new LG TV, I get the message Couldn't Load Video, Check your Internet connection, then try again. And My connection is an Ethernet cable to my wife router, which is ethernet connected to my modem. I never had this issue with my old LG TV. All the other apps work fine. And even some other shows load and run. I have reset the Apple TV app, we had a power outage this morning so my TV reset, and I am a total loss on why this is happening.

Apple TV videos not loading on my LG TV Difficulty watching Apple TV shows on new LG TV. Message says unable to load video check internet connection and try again. Internet is connected and working, all other streaming services working. Apple TV app updated, still having same issue. This is annoying, we are paying for Apple subscription, after much messing around we can watch an episode only to have the same issue when trying to watch the following episode... can anyone help please?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your camera that is setup to work with Apple HomeKit only works when connected to Wi-Fi. Apple TV as your hub works with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. Is there any available updates for your camera and Apple TV that need to be installed? You may need to check with your camera manufacturer for more information on updating it.
