Keep Finder window at certain space

Hello I am working with spaces and multiple desktops. For this I put the programs and windows on certain spaces. Since a few weeks I have a new Macbook and for the first time I have OS Ventura installed on it, so I don't know if this has something to do with OS Ventura, that my Finder window always switches automatically (behavior not quite understandable) to the active space. But I want to avoid this, I want my Finder window to always stay on the same Space. Thanks for the help

I have now made a video, because I noticed when the window moves automatically. If I am active in the window and then directly change the space, the video jumps after. This is annoying when I drag&drop e-mail attachments. I want that the window does not move automatically but stays on the space where it is.

Looking at Change Finder settings on Mac it appears this is to be expected behavior.

I have not found it in the finder settings. No, even if it is set to None and not All Desktops, it still jumps to the active space in some situations :/ Didn't have this behavior before.

I can’t replicate that unless I have it sent to all desktops. If you send it to none, it will appear on whatever desktop you open the window on, but it shouldn’t bounce from one desktop to the next.
