IOS16 Can you make ringtone loud but notifications vibrate?

Does anybody know if there’s a way to set the ringtone to sound, but have all other notifications (eg text, WhatsApp, Messenger etc) to vibrate? I’ve found how to have loud ringtone and silence notifications completely, but I want to have them on vibrate not silent. Is that possible?

(I’ve accidentally clicked on this question being about my old phone. This isn’t about an iPhone 6, it’s a 13 mini on ios16)

Hello moonsandbees,

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. There are options in Notifications to turn off sounds for some apps. This would depend on the app itself.

Go to Settings > Notifications
Scroll to the app you want to silence while on ring mode
Tap on the app, and look for the toggle for "Sound"
Toggle that option off.

If the app does not have that option, it would work with your ring/vibrate switch to sound, or not sound.
