iPhone keyboard

Why there is no option on Iphone keyboard to add Number Row same as all the smart phones keyboards or third party keyboards such as Google keyboard or Microsoft Swift key keyboard?

Me as an arabic user I prefer to type Arabic in english letters using numbers “Arabglish or Arabizi”

my life will be more easy if there will be number row on the top instead of switching everytime between letters and numbers that takes time to type a message!

hope soon will receive a software update that will include this feature.
