I had my bookmarks sorted alphabetically. But somehow a folder containing many web addresses called Bridge has moved and become attached to the bottom of one called Birding, as a sub-folder. And I can't seem to put it back. I have tried moving it within the sidebar with the trackpad, but that doesn't work, and actually only confuses things even more. 14" M1 Macbook Pro with Monterey 12.6. How can I do this? 1. In the Safari appon your Mac, click the Sidebar button
in the toolbar, then click Bookmarks.
2. Drag a bookmark or folder to a new location.
To copy a bookmark, Option-drag it.
To sort bookmarks in a bookmarks folder, Control-click the folder in the sidebar, then choose Sort By > Name or Sort By > Address. Address is the website URL.
