Email notifications not working

Since the iOS 15 update, none of my email notifications are working for gmail or yahoo. I have gone to settings. I have banners, badges, sounds turned on. It was working fine before that update. The banners and sounds don’t work at all (they do for other apps, just not mail, gmail, or yahoo mail), the badges only appear after I open the app, and no sounds played. I have checked the settings probably 50 times. They are set up correctly. I rely on getting gmail notifications for work. Is this going to be fixed in another update? I am on the latest update and it is still not working.
