Cellular service not getting activated on Apple Watch 8

“Your Jio account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch. Contact Jio for more information.”Getting this message while setting up on my Apple Watch 8 cellular.Don’t know how to resolve it.Please help..
