Phone tells callers that voicemail is full

I have deleted all except what looks like 6total minutes of voicemails. But my phone continues to tell callers that my voicemail is full

As all voicemail messages are stored on servers at your cellular provider, you will need to contact them to help with the isuse.

My iPhone voicemail duration has decreased I have an iphone 13. Previous to know, callers could leave a 3 minute voicemail. For whatever reason, that has now changed to 2 minutes (1:57 to be precise). Why did this happen, and is there anyway to correct it? Our service is Verizon. I have shut off and restarted, deleted most of my stored voicemails, gone to airplane mode and back, etc. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
