Why is the time sometimes 1 minute behind?

Strangely, my time falls back 1 minute in 24-48 hours. I am on the latest update, no profiles installed, and date and time set correctly. Is this a bug?

Your phone gets the time from your carrier’s cell towers. The towers may not all be in sync.

HELP! My phone's time on the upper left corner gets behind 1 minute Usually on my phone, the time usually syncs to the world clock. Let's say for example it's 1:12 P.M, but it says 1:11 on the upper left clock on the phone. I am on the latest update (IOS 16.3), no profiles installed, and everything normally working. Calendar constrains time length for events even if editing Start and End times. Set up an Event in Calendar. Time start late afternoon (3:00PM), time end at Midnight (12:00AM). Realized I set the AM/PM incorrectly to PM. Tried to edit the End Time to AM. Time Start moved ahead automatically. Edited Time Start for Event, Time End automatically moved forward. Why? Has nothing to do with Time Zone, Event length seems to constrain the Event Start & Stop times. How to make this stop?
