My Apple Watch S7 is peeling of the frame

5 months ago I bought an apple watch midnight series 7 45mm, and first I noticed that where the band was connected it was peeling on one side, then around it they began to look like spots, and now it's like this, do you know if this is covered by the warranty? I have always taken great care of it and wipe clean only.
