You will need to contact your phone service provider via a phone call or online chat, we cannot help you here. They need to deactivate the physical SIM and enable eSIM on the iPhone 14 Pro Max from their end using the IMEI number or the Serial Number of your phone, both numbers of which can be located under Settings> General> About.
