i lost my mac book pro in an car accident recently and due to that i bought a windows 11 system and when i try to access the password in icloud windows it is not working and asking to verify with code and after entering the pin send to my number its again to square one. Please help to fix this problem.

If you're trying to access iCloud Passwords via your PC, you may be prompted for both a 6 digit two-factor authentication code, and/or a 4-digit Windows pin if you have one enabled on your PC.
To clarify, if you're prompted for a 6 digit code, does it take it and then just not log you in? What specifically happens?
If it appears to want 4 digits try the pin you may use to sign into your PC after restart. You can see more info about iCloud Passwords on PC here:

as you said first, we need to enter the 4-digit pin in iCloud password and then we can access the credentials, but the problem comes after I have unlocked the iCloud password it shows that I have to give approve in iCloud windows. This is where the problem comes after giving approval and entering the 6-digit code that approve stays same and nothing changes it's like I am back to square one. How many times I give approve and enter the 6-digit code it again shows the same due to this I am unable to access all my credentials in my windows laptop.
If you can help me solve this issue i will be very thankful.
