iCloud Passwords in iCloud for Windows not working

The only option it is giving me is "Approve". I do the approval via iCloud 2-factor authentication, then nothing happens. The "Approve" button remains, and I still no other options going forward.

What am I missing here?

Can't Enable Passwords on iCloud for Windows I am using iCloud for Windows (v12.2), and I've logged in using my Apple ID. I am trying to enable Passwords, but the items is greyed out, saying: "Requires approval from your device". I press the "Approve..." button, and a pop up appears where I enter my Apple ID and password (again). After that the pop up just closes down, and the Passwords item is still greyed out. I have two-factor authentication enabled on my account. The other question asking about this issue does not have a posted solution. Thanks.

Enabling iCloud Password I'm unable to get the iCloud Passwords extension to turn on. I open up iCloud for Windows and select "Approve" in the "Passwords" box and a pop-up appears asking for my iCloud password again to sign in, which I've already doen. I enter my password, select sign in, it returns to iClouds for Windows. I don't get a request to approve on my iphone and the the Password check mark is still greyed out. For info: two-factor is turned on and I've installed the extension on an Edge browser with Windows 10. The extension is running ok on another PC, Edge browser running Windows 11.

icloud password approve is not working!!!! i lost my mac book pro in an car accident recently and due to that i bought a windows 11 system and when i try to access the password in icloud windows it is not working and asking to verify with code and after entering the pin send to my number its again to square one. Please help to fix this problem.

I hear I need to click on the iCloud Passwords icon on the toolbar.

What toolbar? Where?
