Health sharing not updating

My wife and I are sharing health data. My data is syncing to her app and she can see the updates. But her app is up to date but it’s not syncing to my phone. It says the last update was Nov 10th. I restarted her phone and turned off health sharing from her phone. I then resent the invite to share and it still only shows Nov 10th info. What could be wrong?

Hey there Pleiss,

We'd like to help rule out some possible causes, along with gathering more details to better understand what's happening:

  1. You mentioned that you and your wife are sharing each other's Health app data, and that you don't see any information from here from Nov. 10th, but when do you recall when this first started to occur? For example: after changing any settings, updating, etc. The more details you provide, the better we'll understand what's happening.
  2. Do both you and your wife each have your own individual Apple ID signed into each of your own devices? It's not recommended to share an Apple ID on a device that someone else is only going to use.
  3. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  4. We see you have iOS 16, but the latest version is iOS 16.1.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.

Cheers!
