Beats Solo Pro will not power on or connect
beats solo pro, the light turns on while charging but the headphones will not power on or connect to anythihng?

Hey Carol_Faith,
Try resetting the headphones and then pairing them to one of your devices.
"Reset Solo Pro
- Hold down the mode button and volume down button for 10 seconds.
- When the LED flashes red, release the buttons.
Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."
If you notice no change or they still won't pair, contact Apple Support for assistance, as they may need to be inspected.
