Video Playback Issue Across All Streaming Apps

I’ve been experiencing a pretty infuriating issue. All streaming services, YouTube, Apple Music (Videos), all stop being able to play back video after some amount of time. Ably fix seems to be a hard restart and then that is only temporary. This has continued across a recent iPhone upgrade and all the iOS updates.

Once a hard restart occurs, all services will stream again. It was only recently that I tried a music video on Apple Music and saw the “Decoder Busy” message. All other services show “Something Went Wrong, Try Again”, without a specific Error Message. Any help would be appreciated.

Let's try these steps:


"If an app on your iPhone or iPad doesn't work as expected, try this.


1.Close and reopen the app

Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

 

2.Restart your device

Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

 

3.Check for updates

To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.

 

4.Delete the app, then redownload it

Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed."

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? When did you first notice this? What is your exact iOS version? Have you tested on multiple networks? Also, does this happen if you download a new streaming app?
