iPhone video streaming problem

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, latest iOS, and any video stream from any source constantly stops playing and then starts again after a while, sometimes. I can manually restart it and it goes until it stops again after a few seconds. Restarting the iPhone doesn't make any difference. My iPad works fine with the same videos so it isn't wifi as I use cellular service mostly. No difference on wifi. This was working fine until one of the last iOS updates. Any solution besides waiting for an iOS fix??
