I just bought a new Apple MagSafe wallet and when I tried to connect to my iPhone it says that it’s not my wallet, and it’s a new wallet. What do I have to do to reset it?

Tanks for the answer, but i've tried all the steps above and nothing worked. it's a new wallet bougth in Dubai and when i got to Argentina and tried to link it to my friends iphone it said the it wasn't my wallet, and the box was sealled. that's why i want to find out if there is a way out or i have to throw ir away.
