iPhone Wallet with MagSafe stopped working. I have another wallet that does work

I have 2 magsafe wallets. One wallet does work and can be found in Fine My App. The second one bought stopped working. iPhone claims that it can't be found, even if it's attached to the iPhone, as required. By the way the one that stopped working was purchased recently.
