Apple watch Voice Memo Error

Hi, I am using apple watch series 5.

I have been using it for 2 years and have been using the voice memo apps to make recordings without any issues until the last 3 month. Here is the detailed description of the problem.

I started to make voice recording on my apple watch, then after several minutes, I tried to stop the recording, but I cant stop the recording, the stop button cannot be pushed. The only way to stop it is to exit to the main menu and start other application (in this case shazam which also use the microphone). then I check the voice memo apps, and they only recorded it to 22 seconds. Anybody experiencing the same issues?

IOS: 16.1.2

Watch OS: 9.1

I have the latest software update and I check the storage on my apple watch and iphone, It has plenty of storage. and I also checked the shazam apps on my apple watch , It works perfectly, so it was not a microphone issue on my apple watch. I tried to unpair and pair again the apple watch, the problem persists.
