I can’t receive any calls.

Greetings all,

I just add an eSIM to my phone. After that, I could not receive any calls. However, I can call anyone with both of them. Also, there is a logo in front of network name.

Unable to make or receive calls on iPhone 15 after iOS 18.2 update Myself and my husband updated our iPhone 15’s to IOS 18.2 this week and ever since the update neither of us have been able to make calls or receive calls. We have restarted our phones & reset our network settings a few times which temporarily resolves the problem but then it stops working again. Can anyone help/give advice how to fix this?? Looks like you have call forwarding turned on.
