Office Mac Full 23016

Assuming you mean Microsoft Office 2016: that is an old version of Microsoft Office suite, that includes Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook, but that is no longer supported by Microsoft. It was a one time purchase at the time and included all the apps.

Why don't you ask whoever told you about to explain to you what they meant by that.
