Why came this my mackbook for 2016 “GeneralObjectfld” will damage your computer?

how do I get rid of the notification "“GeneralObjectfld” will damage your computer".

Go to setting , click general , then click login items..remove all file or extension involving the GeneralObjectfld..hope that will resolve the issue cause my mac does’nt show that pop-up message after removing it
