First of all, I'm not sure how to categorise this problem.
I like to explore the Self Service Repair Store but when I click the link I get a new site with the following messages: "403 Forbidden"
Do you have an explanation or advice for me?
What happens when you click the link?

Yeah. I found a link from Apple to that site. But when I saw Mr. Clip Art grinning at me from ear to ear I was sure he had ulterior motives.

No. You aren't doing anything wrong. I was the one who screwed up. I clicked on your link and saw that big "customer support" stock photo and thought it was a scam site.

I think that's all. Apple only started the public repair program very recently. They didn't do it for free. The price you have to pay is the cost of a new device, for which you can now void your warranty by repairing yourself.

The link works in Safari and Firefox for me. Probably others as well.

OK. That is a real site. It sure looked like a scam site at first. Anyway, it works fine.

It works If I turn of ExpressVPN. But I find it strange that it also works on TOR browser.
Am I doing something wrong here?

The site is pretty new, I don't know that they are going to go back and backfill every Apple device.
