worst experience from Maple

Do you face issues from other authorized reseller

My name is Ankit and i have always been a android user and have been using Samsung flagship phones for a long time but this time i wanted to switch to Apple device and get the Apple device experience but i think this was a very wrong decision

i wanted to purchase iphone 14 pro max deep purple 256 gb, I paid rs 5000 and pre booked the device at mapel x  (kemps corner, Mumbai) store on 9th of september 2022, i was very excited with my purchase. because i choose to buy it from Mapel store it has turned out to be my worst phone purchasing experience, mapel is the worst apple authorised reseller among all resellers in India because the sales staff and managers know nothing about where abouts of the devices and they have most pathetic customer service i have ever encountered in any of the mobile stores

Even after booking so much in advance I still don't have the device in my hand, whereas others are using the same device without even pre booking just because they bought from other stores.

after pre booking on 9th sept i got a call from store to pick my device on 19th october i paid full amount (i.e. 150000 rs) plus extra 5000 rs for accessories which they said its mandatory to buy the accessories or to take their protection plan otherwise you won't get the device so i chose to buy the accessories, but while unboxing the device we found out there was a scratch on the back of the device straight out of the box so i refuse to accept the device and asked for a fresh device they took the device back and promised me to give me the device as soon as possible but till date (i.e 4th dec 2022) i have not received any device or any confirmation from them about the delivery of the device

even after paying full amount plus some extra i had to wait for 3 months and still there is no support from Mapel.

My first Apple experience has turned out to be my biggest nightmare, i wish I would have not made this decision to buy an Apple device. I would have been using another Samsung flagship phone.

Maple is ruining the Apple experience for customers.
