Hearing Aid - WhatsApp - Bluetooth issue

Question

Hi,

I am using Hearing aid connected with my IPhone 13 Pro Max though Bluetooth.

I am facing an issue while using WhatsApp call feature that caller cannot listen me but I can listen him.

This issue is only with WhatsApp call but not with regular cell phone call.

Please help me to solve this problem,

You might have a permissions issue. Look at the Settings in WhatsApp.

Why can't people hear me on a WhatsApp call iPhone?

Open the Settings. Select Privacy. Select Microphone. Enable the toggle button next to WhatsApp.

Try removing the WhatsApp and then reinstalling it.
