I am using Hearing aid(Beltone) connected with my IPhone 13 Pro Max though Bluetooth.
I am facing an issue while using WhatsApp call feature that caller cannot listen me but I can listen him.
This issue is only with WhatsApp call but not with regular cell phone call.
Please help me to solve this problem.
WhatsApp support told me that it’s OS issue, contact your IPhone support.
With similar problem, I went to settings on WhatsApp, and turned on cellular data, and after getting one call which came through to the hearing aid, I went back to settings and turned off cellular data. It continued to work that is call continued to come through the hearing aid.
