All my emails were going to junk all of a sudden tried to fix and now get nothing what can i do to unlock

I’m trying to get my mail/email back. I tried to fix because everything was goin to iCloud and not me.com which ended up with everything in the junk. Now it just comes up with a screen that says yahoo, google etc

As described, you appear to have deleted all email accounts from your iPad. As such, you’ll need to re-add your accounts to your iPad - and this is the add-account page that you see.
