email account
I have totally deleted my mail account. I was trying to block junk mail. Now everything is gone.

You have signed out Apple ID Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support from iPhone so the mail account that were added with the iPhone are also deleted , once again sign in Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support with same primary Apple ID in the iPhone and add mail accounts Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Note : mail accounts can't be deleted individually when Apple ID is signed in iPhone .
