Ever since I updated my iPhone 11 to iOS16, my phone has been randomly freezing and crashing. First, my touchscreen loses all functionality for a few minutes before all functioning stops and the phone force restarts. I updated to iOS 16.1.1 in particular. Updating to iOS 16.2 did nothing to help. This is a major problem that I’ve noticed. Has anyone else noticed this?

Noticing it only with 16.2 update. My wallpaper image is distorted like some backend processes are flaking out, and I need to reboot a few times per day this past week due to freezing. IPhone 12 Pro Max.
Just tried to do so. Apple’s support system is a confusing mess and I do not have the financial means to get it checked out at an Apple shop.
