Unable to reset the Screen Time passcode

I am trying to reset my old phone, got a new one. I am unable to reset the screen time passcode on the old one to reset it?? I try “forgot passcode” and it doesn’t work.

I would contact support if forgot password is not working, to get someone to help you life here’s a link Official Apple Support
