How can I switch back to my iPhone 6s that runs 15.7 And it wont allow me to transfer Sims

If you are transferring a physical SIM card from one iPhone to another, then simply remove the physical SIM card from one and install it on the other.

If you are referring to switching from an eSIM to a physical SIM (for use with your iPhone 6s) then you will have to contact your carrier and get an activated SIM card from them.
