Hi all. I am unable to bring up emails older than a month when I search on my Exchange mail account via the iPhone mail app. This issue has only been present since I updated my iPhone 12 Pro to iOS 16.1.1. Anyone else having the same issue and does anyone have a solution? TIA.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Let's start by checking the sync settings for this account. Go to Settings > Mail, and then go to the Exchange account. Under the days of mail to sync, make sure it's set to "No Limit". You can get further details on this here:
