My voice breaks during vedio calls

I am using iPhone 12 Pro Max . Person on the other side of video call have been complaining about receiving incomplete sentences (voice breakage). This happens when there is background noice on the other side they cannot hear my voice it’s like I have been muted for few seconds .I've faced this problem with facetime as well as whatsapp video calls. When I call from iPhone X no such issues happening . It’s so frustrating and I googled and got to know that a lot more people are complaining about the same issue but could'nt find a solution to it.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If you only hear through speakerphone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
