After an update was installed, my iPhone 11 garbles the voices, then drops the ability for the caller to hear my voice, then within 5 to 10 seconds, will just drop the call. Before the update, I had no problem. I need a fix!

This sounds like a Carrier issue....
Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET

Have you shutdown & restarted the iPhone ie power off/on...

The same thing happens to me and if I check my voicemail I don't hear nothing but a couple beeps and then a whole bunch of clicks almost like typing end it goes on for three minutes every time from a different number and then all of a sudden I have lost access to my voicemail
I reset my network settings at least once a day they pick up my iPhone and I start texting and I don't hear the clips for the keyboard I go to General shut down reset Nettwerk once it turns back on I can hear my haptics once again 1 typing texting
My iPhone 11 cancels my voice to caller frequently during phone conversations, then garbles, then just drops the call
